Instead of regular soaps, we make syndet bars which are mildly acidic, hence closer to the natural pH of skin and scalp, sensitive skin-friendly, and they also help preserve delicate herbal extracts that can be degraded in the high-alkaline soap-making process.

It's best to test it behind your ears first before using on your skin if you may be allergic to some herbs. We are in the process of formulating a shampoo bar for sensitive skin.

We accept returns from any unopened product within 14 days of its purchase and any return shipping fee if paid by us will be deducted from your refund amount. You can mail or physically drop the item for return to our Pasadena address and a restocking fee of $5 will be deducted from your refund amount.
