Yuen Origin was born from my own journey of resilience and care. After years practicing law in a high-stress environment, I faced recurring operations, stagnant qi, and the toll of emotions quietly building up in my body. Even my scalp struggled—itchiness, dryness, and stubborn irritation persisted, no matter which high-end products I tried.
In 2022, I turned to self-study of Traditional Chinese Medicine and eventually began making my own Chinese herbal shampoo bars at home. They worked surprisingly well—after just a few washes, most of my scalp problems disappeared almost completely. I shared the bars with friends and family, and they kept coming back, asking for more.
Inspired, I began exploring other traditional Chinese herbal formulas from old books and now make everything I use—from daily nutritional drinks to toners and creams—using time-tested herbs. Gradually, I noticed my sleep, digestion, and energy improving significantly, along with my skin and hair.
Out of that grit—a life shaped by stress, surgery, and persistence—Yuen Origin emerged, like a pearl born from hardship: a way to return to the source, nurture wellbeing, and share the gentle, time-tested power of herbal care.
