What We Ask

Completion of each stage leads to the next:

Stage I - Origin
  • A review on our website about your honest experience with at least one product including photo(s) within 30 days upon delivery.
  • Optional additional feedback to help refine each product
Stage II - Core
  • Same as Origin for first two shipments
  • For unreleased new rituals, optional feedback to help shape future formulations
Stage III - Prime
  • Same as Core
  • Maintain Prime by review for first two shipments each year or purchase at least one full-size product once a year

Hi, I'm Ruohan—an ex-lawyer turned healer. Yuen Origin was born from my own search for restoration after a decade of stress and burnout.

Why are Yuen Origin bars different from regular soap?

Instead of regular soaps, we make syndet bars which are mildly acidic, hence closer to the natural pH of skin and scalp, sensitive skin-friendly, and they also help preserve delicate herbal extracts that can be degraded in the high-alkaline soap-making process.

What ingredients do you use?

We use high-quality herbs used in traditional Chinese herbal formulas. Each product page lists all ingredients. All of our products are free from SLS, SLES, parabens, synthetic fragrances, artifical dyes and other harsh chemicals. 99.5% of our ingredients are herbal-based or naturally sourced.

Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?

Yes, all our products have no animal testing, and all bars are vegan-friendly. We’re committed to ethical practices and never test on animals.

How soon will I receive my order?

Kindly allow up to one week for production and another week for delivery. At Yuen Origin, we make everything in small batches, by hand, with herbs chosen for their real, traceable benefits. No mass production, no shortcuts—just thoughtful, slow-crafted care shaped by someone who’s lived the need for gentler rituals.
